There comes a time in everyone's life feel like lost, depressed, when challenges seem too big. The path looks ahead  much more harder. But in those moments we don't recognise that, You are building your strength even though you don't see it yet.

Sometimes we compare our behind-the-scenes to someone else highlight reel. We see others succeeding and wonder why we are struggling. But we don't see their battles, their breakdowns. We see their medals, not their sweat. We admire the victory, but forgot the battles they fought alone. Just like a tree stands tall, we notice its height never its roots- how deep they had to go to survive every storm. 

If others can do it then why can't you. You can! Just need to gear up yourself. You are stronger than you think. It's the time not to regret yourself, not to get lost or depressed, it's a time to prove every single person in your life, even to yourself, you are the best, there's nothing that you can't do because,  You are strong like a storm, You can burn like a sun to shine like the sun, You are amazing than your imagination, Just believe in yourself.                                                                                                            

You will not feel like hero. You might doubt yourself. But deep inside, there's a version of you that refuses to give up- even things get tough.

Believe in that version. Trust your journey. Stand tall even in silence.
